Fix "Windows Was Unable To Complete The Format":

Here we solve the unlocated usb or Unable to complete the format of usb drive in laptop or personal computer.

First we insert USB drive in laptop or desktop , immediately one popup window is coming like "you need to format the disk drive" in this popup "do you want to format the disk drive? 

if you click format disk ..

Now you click yes we get another popup window like below image:Windows Was Unable To Complete The Format

Now we solve the problem:

1.click my computer 

2.search manage and click

3.click disk management

4.search USB drive

5.right click and make shrink new volume

6. after finish we get healthy USB drive
